An excellent small Hotel, we arrived during Restaurant week which we were un-aware off and they managed to squeeze us into the restaurant Friday night. Room very clean, food excellent, service excellent, location great. Would recommend and hopefully revisit in the future.

A wonderful dinner, B&B stay at the Beaumont. The room was beautiful, comfortable, spacious and spotless. The ambience in the bar/dining room was lively and fun with a mix of locals and tourists. The food and drinks were excellent with some interesting, beautifully-cooked dishes taking advantage of locally sourced ingredients. Finally the staff were welcoming, friendly and very professional. It was our third stay at the hotel and we'll definitely be back.

We only stayed here one night but the staff were so friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make our visit to Hexham special, even transporting us to a local venue when there were no taxis available! The rooms were clean and comfortable with plenty of drinking water, tea and coffee available and the en-suite bathroom had a very powerful shower. There was a wide choice of breakfast items made with good quality ingredients. We’d recommend the Beaumont Hotel to visitors to Hexham!

We stayed in this beautiful hotel last night in a superior room with breakfast and had a wonderful time. The hotel is cosy and warm with fabulous decor and first class staff. Superior room was stunning with park view. And we had the best breakfast ever which included a vast endless choice from the continental breakfast but also choice of hot breakfast cooked fresh to order. Many thanks to the chef for a fab full English but also I can highly recommend the oak smkd trout with scrambled egg. From when we arrived we were looked after by Daniel and lovely bar staff. But also Amy was brilliant with our booking and Florin and Roger gave excellent service. There is a small free carpark under the hotel but if no spaces the hotel can help you with on street free parking. It's Hexham restaurant week at the moment so its well worth looking at the Beaumonts delicious menu and booking a table. Will definitely be returning to this hotel its so good.

Lovely hotel. Nice atmosphere as you enter via the bar and restaurant . I was a little worried we would hear it upstairs but you couldnt at all. We stayed in room 28. The room was spacious, light and airy. The room was lovely and warm and we had a balcony too. The room Was clean bar the can of coke half drunk left on the table but clearly this was meant to have been taken as the maid left. We popped it in the bin. The bathroom was large and pretty with lots of hot water and a powerful shower. The only downside is the single glazing windows so you do hear the road noise but it isnt too bad. The bar is nice and the drinks are not overpriced. The food was nice but not outstanding but there are lots of restaurants nearby. The staff are very attentive. The area is pretty and well located.

Super stay, at the Beaumont hotel. We went for a birthday treat, for one evening, but ended up staying a further night. We asked for a room, which was convenient, for my mobility, after a recent operation. We were given no7, which was great for lift access, and no stairs, on the first floor. Room was spacious, lovely big bath, and a seperate shower cubicle, with very nice toiletries. A HUGE bed, wall mounted tv, faced the bed, with freeview channels. Tea and coffee selection, with biscuits and kettle, plus a bottle of water. Hairdryer and safe in the wardrobe. Little table and chairs, to sit having a cup of tea, overlooking the old rooftops of Hexham. Breakfast was a wow. Choices of bread, juice, cereals, pastries, fruit, yoghurt and toasting machine. Main Breakfasts, were full English, which was beautifully cooked, all fresh ingredients and good quality. The eggs benedict, were perfectly done, and well presented. We didnt stay for lunch or evening meals, but they looked tremendous. The Beaumont, is in a great location, overlooking the park, and 2 minutes walk to the historic abbey, old gaol, and market square. Plenty of eating spots, and pubs to chose from. If you do have mobility issues, this is a great hotel, to accommodate your needs, lift access was a great plus, walking in town is mainly on the flat, and everything on the doorstep, re shops, eating and drinking spots etc. The staff, are extremely helpful, and hospitable, and made us feel very welcome. There is parking, for I believe around 7 cars, at the hotel itself, but plenty of parking nearby. We will definitely, be making a return trip.

Excellent experience - booking again soon! Lovely hotel in Hexham. We stayed in room 28 which was huge with a balcony, comfy bed, separate bath and shower. Fantastic atmosphere in the restaurant which was full of diners with lovely decor and low lighting. The food was excellent - I couldn’t fault a thing. Also the cocktails were superb. We had oysters, the cheese soufflé, pork belly and steak - all cooked and presented perfectly. All the staff are great. The waiting staff and bar staff were so friendly and attentive. I can’t wait to return.

This is our third or fourth time staying at The Beaumont. The staff are excellent; the hotel is nicely designed and very comfortable and the restaurant/food is fantastic. There is lots to do in and around Hexham and this is an amazing base to go from. We ate at the hotel every day during our stay and were impressed with the food. Staff are all delightful and professional. Couldn’t be happier with our time here and look forward to coming back in the future. Thank you.
