Great location, rooms, and restaurant! We only stayed one night and wish we could have stayed longer (we were on the Hadrian's Wall walk, so unfortunately couldn't). The hotel is in a great location, walking distance to many attractions, bars, and restaurants.

The staff were friendly, and the restaurant dinner and breakfast were excellent, with a nice bar offering a variety of drink options. Rooms were well-appointed and comfortable, though a little warm in peak summer. Overall, we really loved our stay!

Fabulous! We attended our friends' wedding reception at The Beaumont Hotel and stayed overnight. We had the most amazing time. Everything about this hotel is fabulous: the self check-in and check-out option, the warm welcome, the ambiance, the decor, the staff, the room, the cleanliness, the breakfast... I could go on.

We will definitely return and recommend to friends and family. Thank you for such an amazing stay!

A great hotel we would highly recommend and definitely stay again! Our trip could not have been better. We visited for an event at the hotel, and it was smooth from start to finish. A fabulous team welcomed us, and the room was beautifully prepared (ready early), allowing us to change beforehand.

The whole day worked seamlessly, and the evening service was exceptional. Breakfast the following day was delicious, with some of the best French toast we’ve tasted! There was great variety for breakfast and attention to detail. Parking at the hotel made our stay so easy. Thank you for a great end to our weekend in the North!

A gem! The Beaumont is a gem. It was our first visit, and we loved everything about it. Roger and his team are friendly, welcoming, and very professional. The decor is contemporary and elegant, and our superior double room was super comfortable.

We ate in the restaurant both evenings, and the service, menu, food, and presentation were exceptional. We particularly loved the ambiance around the bar and street tables, which were quietly buzzing in the evenings. All together wonderful... we will be back!

We’ve had the most lovely stay at The Beaumont Hotel in Hexham. It must be one of the best independent hotels I’ve experienced. The attention to detail, quality of the room, staff, food, and service are really impressive. What a find! Can’t recommend a visit here highly enough—perfect location as a base to explore the area, which is quite magical.

Had a great dinner at The Beaumont Hotel tonight. The menu was great and catered to all tastes, including a fabulous vegetable lasagne, which was out of this world. The restaurant seats around 100, although it looks small from the outside. Service was fabulous, attentive, and friendly. I could see the chef (female) from where I was sitting, and she was amazing, ensuring meals went out quickly and looked good!

Well done to this restaurant—you could be in any major city and be a destination point.
